1. Eligibility for Returns

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items, such as clearance products, consumables, or items marked “Non-Returnable,” are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process

- Once approved, a return pickup will be arranged via our logistics partner Shiprocket.
- Please keep the product packed securely in the original packaging for hassle-free pickup.
3. Refunds
- After the returned product is inspected and approved, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Replacements & Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a replacement at no extra cost.
- Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
